suggestions for blade sharpening?

From: krink412 (fox412@aol.com) | Date: 2002-08-09 22:01:45 UTC
I saw the post about using the sandpaper, but might anyone have
information or recommendations on HOW to sharpen blades? Or maybe
know of a website that shows how?

I guess it'd just be easier to buy new blades, but I did recently
purchase a wood carving blade for a larger X-acto knife that I know
will be hard to find. I'd like to learn how to properly sharpen it.

Thanks in advance!

Here are instructions on my carving site:

Click on the How To link, and then click on Care of Your Tools.

Hope this helps!

Thanks Ruthann!  Great website.  Your carvings are amazing.  I also loved Teddy's cat carvings - especially the Gorey cat!
